Loyalty Program
Clients with Advanced or Professional trading accounts may participate in Strifor’s Loyalty Program. Within the program, eligible clients may receive a Loyalty Bonus calculated at a rate of up to 1.5% per month (equivalent to 18% annually), subject to the program terms and conditions.
How can I join the Loyalty Program?
Participation in the Loyalty Program is available upon request to clients holding Advanced or Professional accounts and meeting the minimum deposit requirement of USD 10,000. To join, please submit a request via email or through a support ticket in your Personal Account. Each request is reviewed individually by the Company. The Loyalty Bonus is calculated daily based on funds that are not involved in trading, excluding any bonus funds. The accrued Loyalty Bonus is credited to the trading account at the end of each calendar month and initially has non-withdrawable bonus status.
Can I withdraw my Loyalty Bonus?
The Loyalty Bonus becomes withdrawable only after it has been converted into the client’s own funds.
To convert the Loyalty Bonus accrued for a particular calendar month, the client must complete a minimum trading volume of 2,000,000 USD during that same calendar month. Trading volume is calculated on both the opening (In) and closing (Out) of positions.
The trading volume requirement applies separately to each calendar month. Trading volume completed in previous months is not carried forward and cannot be used to convert Loyalty Bonuses accrued in subsequent months.
If the required trading volume is not completed, the Loyalty Bonus remains non-withdrawable and may be canceled in accordance with the Loyalty Program Terms.
In case of account inactivity for two consecutive months (60 calendar days), participation in the Loyalty Program is terminated and any accrued but unconverted Loyalty Bonus is canceled.
