Step-by-Step Guide:

• Go to the "Funds" menu and select the "Deposit" tab.
• Choose the wallet in cryptocurrency and select the payment method (if required, depending on your blockchain).
• Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code.
• Make a transfer from your crypto wallet to the provided address.

Minimum deposit amounts:: ✔ USDt TRC-20 – 20 USDt ✔USDt ERC-20 – 25 USDt ✔ BTC – 0.0001 BTC✔ ETH – 0.002 ETH

Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, funds will be credited to your account.

Important:

How to Deposit Funds via Volet (AdvCash)

To deposit funds via Volet (AdvCash), you need to create a wallet, complete verification, and fund it.

1️⃣ Create a Wallet in the Volet (AdvCash) System

• Go to the Volet (AdvCash) website and sign up.
• Create a wallet in USD or another required currency.

2️⃣ Complete Verification in Volet (AdvCash)

• Log in to your Volet account.
• Go to the Verification section.
• Upload a passport/ID and proof of address.
• Wait for confirmation (usually within 24 hours).

3️⃣ Fund Your Volet (AdvCash) Wallet

Fund your wallet using any of the available options:

• Bank card
• Cryptocurrencies
• Bank transfer

4️⃣ Deposit Funds into Your Trading Account via Volet (AdvCash)

• In your personal account, go to Financial Transactions → Deposit.
• Select the wallet or trading account in USD that you want to top up.
• Choose the payment method Volet (AdvCash).
• Click the Send Request button.
• The request will be processed in the Volet (AdvCash) system.

Important:

• Verification in Volet is mandatory before making a deposit.
• Funds are credited after processing the payment in Volet.
• If the deposit is not credited, please contact Customer Support.

• Go to the "Financial Transactions" menu and select the "Withdrawal" tab.
• Choose the wallet or trading account from which you want to make a withdrawal.
• Enter the wallet number and the withdrawal amount.
• Click the "Send Request" button.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ✔ USDt TRC-20 – 20 USDt ✔ USDt ERC-20 – 20 USDt ✔ BTC – 0.0001 BTC ✔ ETH – 0.002 ETH

Withdrawal fee: 1% of the withdrawal amount.

Once the transaction is processed, funds will be sent to your specified wallet.

A withdrawal request is processed within 24 hours, if KYC and AML standards are met In order to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, we ("the Company") conduct AML checks of digital assets received from users (assess the nature and origin of the received cryptocurrency), other actions (for example, checking virtual wallets from which the Company receives digital assets (tokens)). For these purposes, the Company has the right to use any legal information, third-party tools for analyzing the origin of digital assets (including special software). All information about the AML procedure for cryptocurrency is contained in the Terms and Conditions of Service

• Select the "Transfer " tab in the "Financial transactions" menu.
• Select the wallet or account from which you want to transfer funds in the "from account" section.
• Select the wallet or account to which you want to transfer funds in the "to account" section
• Enter the amount
• Click the Transfer button

• Select the " Exchange section" tab Iin the "Financial transactions" menu.
• Select the wallet from which you want to transfer funds in the from section
• Select the wallet to which you want to transfer funds in the to section
• Enter the amount
• Click the Exchange button

NB! This method is not available for clients from Russia, Kazakhstan.

• Select the "Withdrawal" section in the menu "Financial transactions"
• Select a wallet or trading account in USD from which you want to withdraw money in USD
• Select Vo/et (ADVcash)
• Enter the amount and Vo/et (ADVcash) wallet
• Click the send request button.

• Log in to your Personal Account.
• Go to the Profile section and select Verification.
• Click on the Update button.
• Provide consent to process your documents.

Documents required for identity verification:

Passport, ID card, or driver’s license.

Documents required for address verification (choose one):

Utility bill (including phone bills).

Bank statement.

Rental agreement.

Employer's letter.

• Once your documents are approved, your verification level will be updated.

Document Submission Rules:

All 4 corners of the document must be visible.

The document must not be cropped.

The image must be free of glare, blur, and of good quality.

When taking a photo, hold the document close to the camera.

The document must be issued in your name.

Cropped documents or screenshots are not accepted.
