We would like to inform you about changes in the operating schedule of instruments and departments during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Schedule:

• Christmas (December 23-26):

• New Year (December 30, 31, and January 1):
  The full schedule is available here.

Department Working Hours:

• Customer Support:
  January 1 is a non-working day. All other days, support operates as usual.
• Finance Department:
  December 25, 26, and January 1 are non-working days.

Deposits and Withdrawals:

• Deposits: will be processed as usual.
• Withdrawals: requests submitted on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.
